Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and The100xers (“we”, “us”) for the use of Podcut at yt.the100xers.com (the “service”). By creating an account or paying for the service you accept them.

1. The service

Podcut edits video recordings that you upload. You upload a recording of a podcast or talking-head video, tell us how you would like it edited, and we return edited videos (“parts”) with a captions file. The editing is done largely by automated software, including artificial intelligence, and the result is a preview for you to approve.

2. Your account

You sign in with your email address. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with the consent of a parent or guardian, and give us a real email address.

3. Plan, price and payment

• The plan costs Rs 5,000 per month (the listed price of Rs 8,000 is shown for comparison). At present no GST is charged. If that changes we will tell you before your next payment.
• Payment is taken every month automatically through Razorpay by card or UPI AutoPay, until you cancel. We never see or store your card details.
• Each month includes up to 60 minutes of uploaded footage. Each upload can be up to 30 minutes. Unused minutes do not carry over to the next month.
• If a payment fails we try again, and your account stays open for 3 days. If it still fails, uploads are paused. Videos already being edited are still finished.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. See our refund and cancellation policy.

4. What we deliver and when

We aim to have the first preview ready within 48 hours of a completed upload. This is a target, not a guarantee: it depends on the queue, and the date we expect is shown to you before you submit. You can ask for changes to each part once at no extra charge. After you approve a part you can download it in 1080p with a captions file. Downloads stay available for 30 days after delivery. Raw uploads are deleted 14 days after delivery.

5. Your content

• You keep all rights to your recordings and to the edited videos.
• You give us permission to store, process and edit your recordings, and to send the audio, the transcript and still frames from them to the software providers listed in our privacy policy, only to make your edit.
• You promise that you own the recording or have the right to use it, that everyone in it has agreed to be recorded and published, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.
• Graphics, pictures, music and sound effects that we add are created for the service or generated for your video, and you may use them in your videos on any platform.
• Pictures and graphics are produced with AI. They can contain mistakes, so please review each preview before you approve it.

6. What you must not do

Do not upload anything unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that exposes children to harm; anything that infringes copyright or privacy; or anything that is a scam or spreads malware. Do not misuse the service, try to break its limits, share your account, or resell it. We may refuse or remove a video that breaks these rules, and suspend an account for serious or repeated breaches.

7. Fair use

To keep the service fair for everyone there are limits: 2 videos being edited at once, 3 new uploads a day, and a fair allowance of AI pictures per month. If the queue is very long we may pause new sign-ups or uploads for a short time.

8. No guarantee of results

We work to deliver a good edit but we cannot promise any particular result, view count or growth on YouTube. The service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for how a platform treats a video you publish.

9. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost income or lost opportunities.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service at any time. We may end or suspend your account if you break these terms. If we end your account without a breach by you, we will refund the unused part of the month.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email you before it applies. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the change.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have jurisdiction, but please write to us first at am@the100xers.com so we can try to solve the problem.
