Privacy policy

The100xers (“we”) runs Podcut at yt.the100xers.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, and the time you signed in.
- Your videos: the recordings you upload, which contain your image and voice and may contain other people’s. We also create transcripts, edited previews and final videos from them.
- Brand kit and instructions: the colours, fonts, logo, channel name and notes you give us.
- Payments: Razorpay processes your payment. We receive the status of your subscription and payment (for example “paid” or “failed”) but never your card number or UPI details.
- Usage: basic technical records such as your IP address and the pages and actions used, to keep the service secure and to apply limits.
Why we use it
To create your edits, show you previews and downloads, take payment, send you emails about your videos and account, keep the service safe, and fix problems. We do not sell your data and we do not use your videos to advertise or to train AI models.
Who processes it for us
We use these service providers, only for the purposes above:
- Supabase (database and file storage, in India).
- Vercel (hosting of the website).
- Our editing server (where your video is processed and rendered).
- Anthropic (AI that reads the transcript and a few still frames of your video to plan the edit). Under their commercial terms, they do not train their models on this data.
- An AI image service (receives written descriptions of pictures to create, not your video).
- Razorpay (payments) and Resend (email delivery).
Some of these providers process data outside India.
How long we keep it
- Raw uploads: deleted 14 days after delivery. Abandoned uploads: deleted within a day.
- Final videos and captions: available to you for 30 days after delivery, then deleted.
- Account and billing records: kept while your account exists and as long as the law requires for accounts and tax.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, or to close your account, by writing to am@the100xers.com. We will reply within a reasonable time, and no later than the law requires. You can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
Your files are stored privately, with access limited to your account. Uploads and downloads use encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will tell you if we find a breach that affects you.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
Children
The service is not meant for people under 18.
