Refund and cancellation policy

Cancelling

You can cancel your Rs 5,000 monthly plan at any time from your account page. Nothing more is charged after you cancel, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Refunds

• Nothing delivered: if you ask within 7 days of a payment and we have not delivered any finished video to you in that month, we refund that payment in full.
• Our mistake: if we cannot use your video because of a fault on our side, the minutes for that video are returned to your month. If we cannot fix the problem, we refund the month.
• Videos we cannot accept: if your file is unreadable, has no sound, or is outside the limits, we tell you and return the minutes.
• After delivery: once we have delivered a finished video to you in a month, the payment for that month is not refundable, because the work has been done. You are still free to cancel so you are not charged again.
• Late preview: if your first preview is more than 48 hours late for reasons on our side, write to us and we will make it right, which can include a refund.

How to ask

Email am@the100xers.com from the address on your account, with the date of the payment. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and normally reach you in 5 to 7 working days.
