Questions, answered
What kind of video can I upload?
One video file of a podcast or talking-head recording with one or two people in the same frame, shot on a single camera in landscape (16:9). MP4, MOV, M4V, WebM or MKV, up to 30 minutes per upload and about 10 GB.
How long does it take?
Your first preview is ready within 48 hours of your upload. Before you submit, we show you the date and time we expect your preview, based on what is in the queue right now.
How many videos can I make a month?
Your plan covers 60 minutes of raw footage each month. That is six 10-minute recordings, three 20-minute recordings, or any mix that adds up to an hour. Each upload can be up to 30 minutes.
What if I do not like the edit?
You watch a preview first. For every part you can approve it or write what you want changed, and we re-edit that part once at no extra cost. You only get the final 1080p file and captions after you approve.
What do I get at the end?
For each part: a 1080p MP4 and a captions file (SRT). Download them any time in the 30 days after delivery.
Do you need my brand colours and fonts?
No, they are optional. If you save them, every video uses them. If you do not, the editor chooses a palette that suits your topic.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. If nothing has been delivered to you, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying. See the refund policy for the details.
Who owns my videos?
You do. Your uploads are used only to make your edit, and your raw files are deleted 14 days after delivery.
Is there a free trial?
No. Rs 5,000 for the month gets you the whole service, and the 7-day refund covers you if we have not delivered anything.
